In a change to the originally billed fixture, the Sky Blues will take on Nuneaton Town in the final preseason fixture before the opening day of the league calendar.
City have faced the Boro already during this season's pre-season campaign, having beaten the Warwickshire side 2-1. The National League North team will serve as the Sky Blues final opponents before facing Swindon Town in the SkyBet League One on Saturday 6th Aug.
The fixture will be deemed as a Sky Blues home game, although it is set to be played at the stadium of Nuneaton Town at Liberty Way on Friday 29th July, 7.30pm kickoff with gates open from 6pm.

Please note: All Coventry City fans should enter via the home end turnstiles and will have access to the main bar. All Nuneaton Town fans should enter via the gates at the away end and will have access to the boardroom bar.
Fans can also upgrade to seating for an additional £2.00 supplement. Car parking will be charged at £2.00.
Please note that alcohol will not be allowed on the terraces.
