Coventry City have agreed a loan extension for midfielder Gael Bigirimana from Newcastle United.
The Sky Blues have extended the current loan deal until January 24th which makes the midfielder available for the games against Walsall, Burton Albion and Southend United.
The 22-year old has impressed during his time with the Sky Blues, making five appearances for Tony Mowbray's side including three starts.
Bigirimana began his career at the CCFC Academy and signed his first professional deal with the club in June 2011, making his professional debut on the opening day of the 2011/12 season against Leicester City.
Gael has also spent time on loan with Scottish side Rangers from the Magpies and will continue to wear the No.19 shirt.
