Academy manager Richard Stevens has called on the City fans to get behind the young side at the Ricoh Arena...
Coventry City are delighted to announce the FA Youth Cup fifth round tie against Arsenal will be played at the Ricoh Arena.
The match will take place on Monday, February 15th with kick-off at 7pm as the Sky Blues match up against one of the country's best Academies.
City's Under-18s side, coached by Jason Farndon, have already beaten Walsall, Crewe Alexandra, Stoke City and Charlton Athletic to reach the fifth round of the Youth Cup.
It is the first time the Sky Blues have reached the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup since 2001 and Academy Manager Richard Stevens hopes to attract a big audience to the Ricoh Arena.
Stevens said: "We're delighted to announce the game will be played at the Ricoh Arena and I'm sure it'll be a great occasion.
"We'd like to thank the Ricoh Arena for their co-operation and help in making sure our players have a night to remember in the Youth Cup.
"Arsenal have one of the best Academy teams in the country, if not Europe, and we can't wait to test ourselves against them.
"It'd be great to see as many City fans as possible at the Ricoh Arena at the game and get behind our boys to give us the best chance to pull off a great result and progress in the Youth Cup."
Tickets for the game are priced at £4 for adults, £2 for Under-18s and £2 for Over-65s and they are available to purchase from Friday, February 5th at 12noon.
Ticket office and phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 4pm.
