Chris McCann and Andy Rose are both in contention for Wednesday's Checkatrade Trophy action...
Sky Blues interim boss Mark Venus gives an injury and squad update ahead of the club’s Checkatrade Trophy fixture against Crawley Town tomorrow evening.
City will be without fullback pairing Jamie Sterry and Dion Kelly-Evans who both remain injured, but midfielder Chris McCann will be available.
Venus said: “Jamie Sterry is injured and Dion is injured again. They won’t be available.
“Chris McCann has been out for a month, he’s only had two training sessions. It was too much of a gamble to start him, but gratefully he was on the bench on Sunday.
“We have to look after Andy Rose at the moment, I chose not to use him at the weekend but I’ve pushed hard for him to be in the squad.”
