There are a number of ways to buy tickets to watch the Sky Blues in action this season, so check out below all of the options to make your ticket purchases for the 2015/16 campaign! (Updated September 2015)
HOME MATCH TICKETS
How to buy – in advance
* Buy online at www.ccfcshop.co.uk.
* Buy in person at the CCFC Ticket Office, Butts Park Arena, Butts Road, Coventry, CV1 3GE (Mon-Fri: 10am-5:30pm. Exc Weds: 10am-3:30pm) Buy over the phone by calling 02476 99 1987 (Mon-Fri: 10am-5:30pm. Exc Weds: 10am-3:30pm).
* Buy in person at the CCFC Shop at the Arena Shopping Park, Classic Drive, Coventry, CV6 6AS.
How to buy – on the day (Weekend match)
* Buy online at www.ccfcshop.co.uk until midday on the day of the game.
* Buy in person at the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena (next the Jimmy Hill statue) from 9:30am up until kick-off.*
* Buy in person at the Cash Turnstiles 30 to 37 in from 1:30pm up until kick-off.*
Please note:
- You cannot collect tickets for other home games, or away games, from the match-day ticket office at the Ricoh Arena.
- Phone sales are not available on the day of the game.
- Tickets are not available from the club shop at Arena Shopping Park on the day of a weekend game.
How to buy – on the day (Weekday match)
* Buy online at www.ccfcshop.co.uk until midday on the day of the game.
* Buy in person at the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena (next the Jimmy Hill statue) from 9:30am up until kick-off.*
* Buy in person at the Cash Turnstiles 30 to 37 in the East Stand from 6:30pm up until kick-off.
* Buy in person at the CCFC Shop at the Arena Shopping Park, Classic Drive, Coventry, CV6 6AS up until 3pm.
Please note:
- Phone sales are not available on the day of the game
Fans can save money on their home league match tickets by purchasing tickets online at www.ccfcshop.co.uk.
AWAY MATCH TICKETS
Away match tickets will go on Priority Sale in the first instance to Season Ticket holders & Members, prior to going on General Sale. We usually receive away tickets around 3-4 weeks before the game. Details of sale dates will be announced via our website and social media channels.
You can get tickets for our away matches in advance via the following channels:

Away match tickets are NOT available to buy at the Club Shop at Arena Shopping Park.

COLLECTING MATCH TICKETS
Home and away match tickets can be collected at the CCFC Ticket Office, Butts Park Arena, Butts Road, Coventry, CV1 3GE (Mon-Fri: 10am-5:30pm. Exc Weds: 10am-3:30pm).
Any away tickets which are not collected by MIDDAY on the Friday before a Saturday away match will be taken to the opposition stadium for collection from there. Please check individual matches for exact collection details.
TIPS FOR BUYING ONLINE AT WWW.CCFCSHOP.CO.UK
- Do not use an ipad/iphone or similar device. The stadium plan will not load, so you won’t be able to book your tickets. The site will be upgraded in the Autumn so that it is compatible with these devices.
- If you’re having problems with the site while using Internet Explorer, we advise using Google Chrome or Firefox.
CUP TICKETS
Prices and on-sale dates of cup tickets are announced once details are confirmed with the opposition club.
PHONE SALES
Our phone lines are busy during peak hours or when tickets first go on sale, so occasionally you may have to wait longer than usual to get through to a member of staff. We will be upgrading our phone system in the coming weeks, which will provide an improved experience for supporters who are purchasing over the phone.
