Coventry City's new non-matchday ticket office at Butts Park Arena will open tomorrow.
Following matchday and non-matchday ticketing problems ahead of the first home league game of the season, the club took the decision to revamp it's ticketing strategy.
As well as improving our presence at the Ricoh Arena on a matchday, the club will now open a ticket office at Coventry Rugby's Butts Park Arena.
The ticket office will open from 1pm tomorrow, closing at 5.30pm and the former ticket outlet at Citibase has now closed.
From Friday, the ticket office will operate regular opening hours which will be, Monday to Friday: 10am to 5:30pm, except on Wednesdays when it will be 10am to 3:30pm.
The ticket office will operate the same phone number as before and the club are still working to improve the phone ticketing systems at the club, and we hope to update supporters shortly. Ticket office phone number: 024 7699 2326.
