Coventry City XI crashed out of the Birmingham Senior Cup with a 2-1 defeat at Stratford Town.
George Thomas and Cian Harries started for the Sky Blues who quickly found themselves behind.
City's young defence were all at sea as the impressive Edwin Ahenkorah raced through City's centre-halves to slot home past Corey Addai in the 2nd minute.
The home side had another chance with 10 minutes gone as Rob Thompson-Brown was found in space on the edge of the area but his shot was deflected over by Cian Harries.
City looked particularly dangerous on the wings and it was Dion Kelly-Evans' work down the right which eventually led to City penalty's after a Stratford handball in the area in the 14th minute.

The lively Thomas was involved again just before the half-hour when he burst down the right to cross for Bassala Sambou but his heavy touch was picked up by the keeper.
Thomas should have got his second before the break when he controlled well to turn his defender but he put his low shot wide of the left-hand post.
Stratford had several chances at the start of the second-half but substitute Jamie Sheldon's low cross went past everyone with Addai stranded.
With 20 minutes remaining, Emmit Delfouneso was found at the back-post from a left-sided set-piece but Addai did well to save his shot on the line.
Ahenkorah should have put his side back in front in the 73rd minute as he found space to curl his effort against the post and Harries cleared.
Stevenson almost put City ahead with 10 minutes remaining but he curled his left-sided shot over before Stratford went ahead.
Ahrenkorah's corner wasn't cleared by the City defence and Michael McGrath took advantage to fire home from the edge of the area in the 83rd minute.
City failed to generate a final chance in the game as the Sky Blues' run in the Birmingham Senior Cup comes to an end.
