Coventry City’s award winning charitable arm Sky Blues in the Community is currently recruiting staff in a number of positions.

Sky Blues in the Community deliver activities and projects across Coventry and Warwickshire over seven days a week to people of all ages, including activities in schools, estate-based evening coaching, disability sport and men’s and older people’s activities. The team are seeking to recruit new members of staff to support the range of activities on offer:



Casual Coaches

The community scheme is looking for FA Level 1 and Level 2 qualified coaches for part-time casual positions to work on the after school, evening and/ or Saturday morning activities. Hourly rates of pay vary according to qualification and the activity and there are opportunities across Coventry and Warwick District.

Sport Coordinator (full-time)

The position of Sport Coordinator oversees the management and coordination of all of the Sky Blues in the Community primary school-based activity. This includes coordinating the curriculum time and after school activity, as well as managing the Premier League School Sport project and Football League K+ Move and Learn programme.

Education Manager

The organisation is also seeking an individual with qualified teacher status to oversee the design and development of a range of community education projects under the CCFC banner.
