BETTING PREVIEW: Coventry City 13/10 favourites to beat Port Vale tomorrow in their SkyBet League One clash

6 March 2015

The Sky Blues are favourites to take all three points against the Vale as Tony Mowbray takes charge of City for the first time…

Coventry City take on Port Vale in a SkyBet League One clash tomorrow at the Ricoh Arena and if you fancy a flutter on tomorrow's action then SkyBet has all the odds covered.

City are 13/10 favourites to get Tony Mowbray's reign as Sky Blues boss off to a flyer. Vale are 19/10 to crash the party, with the draw being available at 12/5.

The Sky Blues are three games unbeaten at the Ricoh Arena and a double chance of Coventry or the draw is available at 4/11 if you fancy that run to keep going.

There hasn't been a 0-0 draw between the two teams in the 21st century and odds of 7/2 can be found for Coventry to win with both teams to score, which looks an enticing prospect.

Mowbray is famed for his attacking style of play at former clubs such as West Brom and Hibernian. If you fancy City to score three or more goals it is available at 9/2.

Dominic Samuel is in red-hot form, scoring four times in six matches to date. He is 11/2 joint favourite to score the first goal, alongside Frank Nouble.

Marcus Tudgay and Nick Proschwitz are next in line at 6/1 respectively, with Simeon Jackson 13/2 respectively.

For the Vale, Tom Pope is 5/1 favourite to score first. Ben Williamson is 11/2, with Byron Moore and Achille Campion 7/1 and 8/1 respectively.

I fancy that it will be a momentous occasion at the Ricoh as Mowbray takes the hot seat for the first time. I fancy Coventry to win and get themselves clear of the League One relegation zone.
