The Sky Blues have surpassed the half-way mark with the early bird deadline at the end of the month...
Supporters have overwhelmingly backed Coventry City’s new ticket pricing for the 2015/16 season – but buying a Season Ticket remains the cheapest way to watch the Sky Blues week in, week out.
The club revealed that match tickets for adults are being pegged at £20 and are just £18 when bought online. That works out at £460 over the course of the season if supporters buy their individual match tickets over the phone or in-person or £414 if every match ticket is bought online.
However, an adult Season Ticket in either the Standard Zone or the Family Zone is just £249 (£10.83 per game) during the early bird period - £165 less than the cost for buying every individual match ticket online.
For concessions too, there significant savings when purchasing a Season Ticket. It’s £345 if a concession buys a ticket for every match either over the phone or in person and it is £299 if they are bought online.
But concessions can save more than £100 by purchasing a Season Ticket at just £191 during the early bird period.
For JSB under-12s, Season Tickets are free in the Family Zone – as are matchday tickets – while for the over-12s a Season Ticket is just £23 during early bird compared to £3 per game when individual match tickets are bought online (£69 over the course of the season) and £4 per game when bought in-person or over the phone (£92 over the course of the season).
The early bird period will finish at the end of the month but supporters are advised that Coventry City’s current superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park will close at 3pm on June 25 ahead of the move to Arena Park.
The new store, which is being run in partnership with Just Sport, will open for business on July 1.
During the period between the closure of the store at the Gallagher Retail Park and the opening of the new store, Season Tickets will be available to buy online at www.ccfcshop.co.uk and telephone sales will be available on 024 7699 2326 on June 26, 29 and 30 from 9.30am until 5pm.
