Coventry City’s club shop is on the move to the Arena Shopping Park.
The Superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park will close on June 26 and the club’s retail and ticket outlet will move to its new base on July 1.
The move is part of the club’s deal with Just Sport Group that will see the new kit manufactured by Nike next season.
Steve Waggott, chief executive of Coventry City Football Club, said: “While the store at the Gallagher Retail Park has proved popular, we felt the location – particularly with its proximity to the Ricoh Arena – was ideal.
“As part of our new contract with Just Sport Group, they will work in partnership with us on the retail side, something they already undertake for other professional clubs.”
The Sky Blues will also have a permanent retail outlet inside the Ricoh Arena on matchdays, which will be situated in the East Stand.
Waggott added: “We moved back to the city as quickly as we possibly could last year but that meant there wasn’t time to put everything in place that we wanted. That included a retail outlet within the ground on matchdays.
“That was something we knew we had to have in place for next season and we are pleased that our supporters will have a permanent retail outlet within the stadium on matchdays.”
Between June 26 and July 1, the club will put into place a temporary ticketing facility for supporters to cover the short period between moving. Further details will be announced.
