Coventry City Under-18s squad had their fitness and strength tested to the max when they went to Stoneleigh Fit.

The Sky Blues recently struck a new deal with Stoneleigh Fit gym which will see the club's first-team, development and Academy sides take advantage of Stoneleigh Fit's state of the art gym facilities.

Stoneleigh Fit, who has great indoor facilities but also sits in the middle of a great outdoor environment at Stoneleigh Park, saw the City Under-18s take on the Strongman challenge which featured important core exercises and a tug of war.

The Strongman challenge used aspects to Stoneleigh Fit's Ram Run challenge which is the ultimate test for any athlete. Click here for info...

"With the extra work they're putting in and the fantastic facilities we're getting to use at Stoneleigh, we believe they'll be one of the fittest Under-18 squads next season.

"There is a great team bonding element to the day as well with the tug of war and the tyre challenges. It was a really positive day all around and thanks to Stoneleigh Fit for hosting."
