ST BOOKLETS: Colour coding of your Coventry City Season Ticket booklets explained!

15 July 2015

See why the Season Ticket booklets are coloured here...

With Sky Blues fans now having had their Season Tickets posted and others now collecting, we thought we’d explain the reasoning behind the new colours of booklets.

Adult booklets are Sky Blue, while Concessions have Red and Juniors are Yellow. Meanwhile, Corporate fans have dark blue booklets.

This is to help speed up entry into the stadium, with each of the Season Ticket booklets now distinct to each age category.

This will also prevent issues suffered previously when a small minority of adult fans have tried to gain access to matches using junior season tickets.

The colour coding of Season Tickets is also reflective of the first season that we used access control at the Ricoh Arena, when there were 7 different colour Season Ticket cards were in use – with different colours for Adults, Concessions, Juniors, Disabled supporters and others.

The 3 colours are also the same that the team will be wearing during this season, with the home shirt Sky Blue, the away shirt Red and the goalkeeper shirt Yellow.

We hope that this will clear up the reasoning behind the colours for this season. We’d encourage fans to use the booklets issued to them for the 2015/16 season because supporters will not be able to use booklets from previous seasons - this may slow down entry times into the stadium on a Matchday.
