Coventry City manager Steven Pressley revealed to the Coventry Telegraph that the club are looking into the possibility of signing Frank Nouble.
The striker joined in September and made 15 appearances, scoring four goals in a loan spell with the club which expired on January 4th.
Nouble, who had his contract terminated by Ipswich yesterday is in demand, but Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph that the club are in talks over a deal.
"We put an offer to his agent and the player and I believe we had an agreement in place on that so I would hope we can conclude something with Frank," Pressley said.
“I think it’s a big four months in Frank Nouble’s career and I have said that to him. The next four months could define how his career works out. But he seems hungry and has shown a terrific attitude in recent weeks which I had asked for and, allied with his ability, I hope we have can hopefully get a good player for the club in the short term and, possibly, longer term.”
