Sky Blues forward 'frustrated' with tonight's 3-0 loss against Swindon and feels that the side gave away goals very softly…

Coventry City forward Frank Nouble has called for a 'turnaround' in the Sky Blues' performance on Saturday against Gillingham after they lost 3-0 to Swindon Town at the Ricoh Arena.

Two goals from Andy Williams and a strike from substitute Jonathon Obika sealed the win for Swindon, who go top of the SkyBet League One table.

Nouble was frustrated with the game and feels the scoreline flattered the visitors, who became only the second side to score three goals against City at the Ricoh Arena this season.

"They were bad goals to give away," he said.

"We played against a good team, but we have to move on now and get a result on Saturday.

"We gave those goals away. It wasn't a 3-0 result, we created chances but the goals came at a bad time, they knocked it out of us.

"We had a few things like the Conor Thomas chance, where it just didn't go for us. Everyone is frustrated in the dressing room right now, we want to turn around what happened tonight."

Nouble gave away a penalty in the first half after he was judged to have fouled Louis Thompson in the area. The new signing did not argue the referee's decision, instead he focused on City's follow up performance on Saturday.

He continued: "The guy was looking for the penalty, but he found it. No arguments, that's football.

"It's a long season, We now need to get a result at Gillingham and keep going. We need to find some consistency.

"We want to show people what we can do, that we are a good team. We now have to show that against Gillingham on Saturday."
