The City forward wants the Sky Blues to get back to winning ways on tomorrow against Rochdale and backs new signing Dominic Samuel...Coventry City forward Frank Nouble revealed how new signing Dominic Samuel brings a "different dimension" to the squad's strike force ahead of tomorrow's clash with Rochdale at the Ricoh Arena.
Samuel signed for the Sky Blues yesterday from Championship side Reading, on an emergency loan deal which will last until April 28th.
The 23-year old also revealed that he played against Samuel when he was younger and believes he can make a difference to the Sky Blues.
“Now we have Dominic, we can look at changing our attack," he said. "He brings a different dimension to the team going forward.
"He trained yesterday afternoon and he looked very quick and sharp, he is a good player and the boys have taken to him well.
"I have played against him before when we was younger, he has a lot of pace and confidence, I am sure he will do well here."
Nouble also reflected on the disappointing day back in September at Spotland when Rochdale's Ian Henderson scored the only goal to separate the two sides.
He compared this feeling to the match last week, which saw the Sky Blues pick up a point on the road away at Huish Park against Yeovil Town.
Despite recent results, Nouble has been pleased with the consistent game time that he has gained in recent weeks.
He continued: "It was a tough game (at Yeovil) and we got a point away from home, but we want to stop the rot now and get back some momentum tomorrow by winning.
"The gaffer has a lot of confidence in me and I think that’s why I'm getting lots of game time, so hopefully I can pay him back the favour.
"The manager is really good with all the other players and everyone else here too and we all want to do well for him, I am really enjoying my time here."
