"Coventry City are a massive club and I want to continue to learn and play here." Coventry City's Matty Pennington

12 January 2015

The Sky Blues defender speaks to PUSB alongside Ivor Lawton and Adam Barton interviews...

Coventry City loanee Matthew Pennington told match-day programme PUSB that he is enjoying his time with the club and says he is willing to give his all to the cause and continue improving.

The 20-year old told PUSB that he disagreed with the idea that loan players do not give 100% and is eager to continue his development at a "massive club."

"I completely disagree with the fact that a loan player wouldn't want to give their all," Pennington said.

"A loan player is there to help the team, improve himself and show everyone what they're about. I've got every reason to throw my head in and get my foot in for a tackle.

"Coventry City are a massive club and I want to continue to learn and get first-team action here."

Our interview with Pennington is accompanied by a number of other features, with Ivor Lawton taking our regular team-mates feature, telling us what player has the worst facial hair and which one 'turns slower than milk.'

Adam Barton reveals who he would swap places with in our Changing Places feature and we also have the latest from the Academy and Under-21 squads.

All of this features alongside our extensive visitors section, where you can learn everything there is you need to know about tonight's visitors Swindon Town.

So don't forget to pick up your copy of PUSB, which is just £3 from all around the ground tonight!
