Coventry City have sealed the signing of Blair Turgott on a permanent deal until the end of the season, read below for all you need to know about the former West Ham United winger...

Turgott is a pacy winger who had been part of the West Ham United academy since he was eight years old.

He has had four loan spells in his career, the first of which was at Bradford City in 2013. Whilst at the Bantams he became part of history, as the League Two side became just the second fourth tier side to reach the League Cup final.

Turgott has also had spells on loan at Colchester United and Rotherham in League One and Dagenham and Redbridge in League Two.

A youth international, Turgott has scored ten times for his country across four age levels of the Three Lions set-up, including three in six games for the England Under-19s.

Did you know: Turgott has been on the silver screen in the past, as in 2005 he was selected to play himself as a West Ham United Academy player in the acclaimed film Green Street, aged just 11.
