The Christmas opening hours for the Coventry City Ticket Office at the Butts Park Arena have been confirmed.
During the Christmas period, the following hours will apply for both in person and phone enquiries:
Monday 21st December: 10am to 5:30pm
Tuesday 22nd December: 10am to 5:30pm
Wednesday 23rd December: 10am to 3:30pm
Thursday 24th December: 10am to 12pm
Friday 25th December: CLOSED
Saturday 26th December – CCFC v Port Vale: Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena open from 9:30am
Sunday 27th December: CLOSED
Monday 28th December: CLOSED
Tuesday 29th December: 10am to 5:30pm
Wednesday 30th December: 10am to 3:30pm
Thursday 31st December: 10am to 12pm
Friday 1st January: CLOSED
Saturday 2nd January: CLOSED
Sunday 3rd January: CLOSED
Monday 4th January: Normal hours resume
Tickets not collected for away games against Chesterfield (28th December) and Crewe (2nd January) will be available to collect from the respective away grounds.
If your pre-purchased tickets do not arrive in the post for those matches, you can e-mail ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk with your supporter number and transaction number.
The Matchday Ticket Office for our home game against Port Vale will open at 9:30am, with ticket collections from 11am. Tickets will not be able to be purchased on matchday from the Butts Park Arena, the Club Shop at Arena Shopping Park or over the phone.
