The Middlesbrough midfielder has come in on loan, find out more about his impressive career to date here...

Coventry City have sealed the loan signing of Bryn Morris until the end of the season - here is everything you need to know about our newest recruit!

Bryn Morris

Position: Midfielder

D.O.B:  25/07/96 (19)

CLUB CAREER

Bryn Morris has been with Middlesbrough since the age of 11 and has evolved into one of the most highly rated youngsters in the country.

Morris made his debut for Boro as a sub at the age of just 16, in the FA Cup third-round win over Hastings at the Riverside in January 2013, when he earned high praise from then Boro boss Tony Mowbray.

He then made an impressive 30-minute cameo at Hillsborough on the final day 2012/13 season when Boro lost to Sheffield Wednesday.

Those are his two appearances for the Teesside outfit, but he also had first-team experience on loan with Burton Albion last season.

Under Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, Morris made five appearances for the then League Two side, prompting the Dutch legend to say “he’s got a very bright future ahead of him.”

INTERNATIONAL CAREER

Morris has also had plenty of success throughout the England youth set-up. Not only has he won caps for the England Under-16, 17, 18 and 19s sides, he has captained all four teams.

First called up in 2011, Morris made seven appearances for the 16s, before making 12 appearances for the 17s, five for the 18s and five for the 19s.
