I am in the West Stand. Which turnstiles do I use to access the stadium?

You need to use Turnstiles 44 and 45, which are the turnstiles closest to the Jimmy Hill statue.
In the West Stand, catering kiosks are open at the Southern end of the West Stand concourse and also there will now be a kiosk open in the previous Family Zone area .

Where can I book parking for the game?

Car Park C: £5

Car Parking is available on the gate in Car Park C only for this game. If you have any queries about car parking, please e-mail karl.chester@ricoharena.com. Car parking is not available to buy from CCFC, only from the Ricoh Arena directly.

Is there going to be a Family Zone, and what is happening?

As it is a midweek game, there will be no Family Zone. However, families can see more information about supporting the Sky Blues here… http://www.ccfc.co.uk/tickets/information_for_families/

I have tickets for the game to collect. Where do I need to go?

You will be able to collect your ticket from the Matchday Ticket Office at the stadium on the day of the game from 5pm. This is located at the old CCFC Superstore near to the Jimmy Hill statue. Please bring with you proof of ID and proof of purchase if possible.

Hospitality ticket collections will be from the VIP Collection Window on the right hand side of the Atrium from 5:30pm.

I want a specific seat for the game- should I buy in advance or on the day?

If you really want to sit in a particular seat, you need to buy in advance as we cannot sell you a specific seat on the day of the game from the stadium. This also applies for Mtach Package Holders who want a specific seat.

Can I buy tickets from the Club Shop at Arena Shopping Park on the day?

No you can’t – all matchday ticket sales will be from the stadium or online; from 5pm at the Matchday Ticket Office and from 6:30pm at Cash Turnstiles or www.ccfcshop.co.uk.

Don’t forget- the Gallagher Retail Park Superstore is no longer open.

I already have a Season Ticket. Do I need to bring the whole booklet with me or can you tell me the voucher number in advance?

Yes you need to bring the whole Season Ticket booklet with you to the match as this includes your seat details in it. We don’t announce the ticket number in advance of a match, but you will be able to see the ticket number above each of the turnstiles as you enter the stadium so you can open your booklet ready.

Can I use Match Package vouchers on the turnstiles?

Yes, you can use your Match Package vouchers for entrance at the turnstiles or you can redeem them from the matchday ticket office at the Arena. This can be done at cash turnstiles only- numbers 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34.

If you want a specific seat, you need to do this in advance of the game.

Are all hospitality lounges and areas open?

All of the hospitality lounges are open – those being Legends Lounge and Level One Lounge.

Singers Bar in the Main Atrium is currently undergoing a refurbishment, so will be closed on Tuesday night.

Is the programme available on Tuesday night?

Yes, our matchday programme PUSB will be available from around the Ricoh Arena on Tuesday for £3 – having received some great feedback from fans about our new look and content for the season.

Jim O’Brien is the man in focus, talking about the summer and the start to the season for the club. We’ve got new behind the scenes features from Ryton giving you an insight into the Sky Blues squad, plus all the news from around the club – including the Development Squad, Academy and Sky Blues in the Community.

What else is happening on Tuesday night?

• Youngsters from Sky Blues in the Community’s Professional Development Centre will be showing off their skills on the pitch.
• Kick It For A Ticket is back! After a winning start for Sky Blues fans, will we be giving away another Executive Box on Tuesday night? Watch at half-time and find out!
• More Coventry music in the build-up to kick-off – with The Enemy, King and The Specials among those featuring in our pre-match build up.
• We’ll continue featuring local Coventry music at half-time – this week’s band of the week is punk-rock band ‘One Week Stand’. See more about them on Facebook, Reverbnation or follow them on Twitter @oneweekstand

I want to go to the Casino before the game- shall I wait until after I’m done there to get my tickets?

If you are going to the casino before the match, we recommend that you buy or collect your tickets from the matchday ticket office before going into the casino. The matchday ticket office is at the old Superstore collection window, so is right next to the casino. By doing this beforehand, it means it will be quicker for you to get through the turnstiles after getting that last quick drink before the match!

Will the club be doing anything to remember Jayden Parsons at the game?

Everyone at the club was saddened to learn of the death of young supporter Jayden Parsons at the age of just 15.

Jayden was a loyal supporter of the club and held a season ticket for a number of years, as well as being a JSB throughout his childhood. As a mark of respect, the club will be holding a minute's applause during the 15th minute during the Crewe game.
