Coventry City have once again been supporting The Football League’s Charity Partner over the course of the season, including at our Prostate Cancer UK matchday on Saturday 11th April when Colchester are the visitors to the Ricoh Arena.
Ahead of the game, Prostate Cancer UK would like to understand how much Coventry City fans know about prostate cancer and their risk. They would like to learn about fans experiences of the disease, and also hear about your football friendships.
They have created a short survey which they would like Sky Blues supporters to complete and those that do will be entered into a draw to be Guest of Honour on the match day.
The deadline for entries is Sunday 5th April 2015 and one lucky recipient will drawn at random from entries received.
