Heading to the Ricoh Arena tomorrow night? Please read our frequently asked questions ahead of the game

4 September 2014

Please read the following match-day questions and answers before heading to the Ricoh Arena tomorrow night...

Coventry City have provided some frequently asked questions to help City fans ahead of tomorrow's return to the Ricoh Arena.

If you are planning on going to the game against Gillingham tomorrow night, please read the following information.

Can I buy tickets on the night of the game?
Unfortunately not. There has been a fantastic response for tickets for the Gillingham game, which means all general sale tickets are sold out in advance and no tickets will be available from the Ricoh Arena on the night.

Where is the Ticket Office- I have a query about my pre-purchased tickets/a ticket to collect?
The Matchday Ticket Office is located in the Main Atrium at the Ricoh Arena. This is in the Main Reception - just next to where the old Ticket Office/Superstore was located. It will be open from 5pm on the night of the Gillingham match.

Can I buy CCFC merchandise on the night of the game?
Due to the short turnaround for the game from the announcement of our return to the Ricoh Arena to now, we have been unable to put in place our matchday retail operations. While we know fans will be disappointed, we hope you understand these are exceptional circumstances.

Where can I buy a copy of the matchday programme PUSB on the night?
You can buy from the Programme Room (near the steps between the South Stand and East Stand) or the sellers who are located both inside and outside the Ricoh Arena. The 68 page programme is available for £3.

What time do turnstiles open?
Turnstiles open at 6pm on Friday. We recommend that fans arrive early as the stadium is sold out and to help make sure everyone gets in to their seat in plenty of time to experience what will be a momentous occasion.

I have a hospitality ticket- where do I go and what time do doors open?
Hospitality guests can enter the stadium via the Main Reception from 5:30pm. Stewards will check your ticket, and hosts will guide you to your lounge or box.

My ticket for the match hasn't arrived - what do I do?
If your ticket didn't turn up - sorry! Please visit our Matchday Ticket Office, and bring a form of ID with you. We'll have information shortly.

Will the Family Zone be open?
Yes. Our usual team of volunteers will be providing free arts & crafts in the Family Zone from 6pm. This is in the old location of the corner between the North and West Stand, and there will also be visits from Sky Blue Sam and members of the Sky Blues squad!

How can I book car parking?
You can book car parking for the game for £10 at the Ricoh Arena in person on Thursday at Guest Services. You can also pay on the day in Car Park C (subject to availability). See more about parking here...

What are the public transport options?
There are regular bus routes to the Ricoh Arena on a matchday. See the routes and times here...
