Coventry City Under-18s suffered their first defeat of the season at Millwall, despite a brace from striker George Thomas.

The home side raced into a 3-0 lead by half-time as the Sky Blues struggled defensively with Millwall's physicality.

Thomas produced a neat finish from Dion Kelly-Evans' right-sided cross in the 53rd minute as City looked to get back in the game.

Millwall restored their three-goal lead in the 68th minute but Thomas found the bottom corner with powerful strike five minutes to restore City's hope.

The Lions made the game safe with four minutes remaining as Devon Kelly-Evans headed home in the final minute of the game as City lost for the first time this season.
