Goals from Dion Kelly-Evans, Jordan Shipley and Kyle Spence seal the impressive victory to keep City at the top of the table...
Coventry City Under-18s got back to winning ways with an impressive 3-1 victory over Ipswich Town at the Alan Higgs Centre.
The Sky Blues responded well to losing their first game of the season last week at Millwall with a commanding victory over the Trotters.
It only took nine minutes for City to go ahead when Devon Kelly-Evans crossed for his twin brother Dion Kelly-Evans to head home at the back-post.
Just past the half-hour mark, the Sky Blues doubled their lead when Jordan Shipley played a neat one-two with Ben Stevenson to fire home into the bottom corner.
Three minutes after the half-time break, Ipswich got back into the game thanks to a strike from Cemal Ramadan but City sealed the points in the 56th minute.
Ben Stevenson found George Thomas who weighted his through-ball perfectly for Kyle Spence to produce a neat finish into the bottom corner.
With the win, the Sky Blues continue to lead the Professional Development League 2 North with 20 points in nine games.
