The 20-year old signs a one-year contract extension with the club after some impressive performances during his Nuneaton Town loan spell...

Coventry City goalkeeper Reice Charles-Cook has penned a one-year contract extension until June 2016.

The former Arsenal trainee signed a one-year contract in the summer with the Sky Blues and was immediately loaned out to Conference side Nuneaton Town.

The 20-year old has started in all of Nuneaton's 13 games so far and has kept two clean sheets during his time at Liberty Way.

City manager Steven Pressley believes working with goalkeeping coach and club legend Steve Ogrizovic will aid his development at this football club.

Pressley said: "Since joining the club in the summer, we've been really impressed by his progression, not only on the training field but in his performances for Nuneaton Town as well.

"I also believe that working with Steve Ogrizovic on a daily basis has and will continue to aid his development.

"We have now secured the services of two very promising young goalkeepers, Lee Burge and Reice Charles-Cook, which bodes well for the future of this football club."
