Wales face home nation Portugal on Wednesday, November 12th, with kick-off at 3pm before facing Denmark on Friday, November 14th with kick-off at 11am.
The final game of the three qualifiers will be played against Albania on Monday, November 17th with kick-off at 3pm as Wales look to qualify for the UEFA Under-19s tournament in Greece next summer.
The top two teams from the four-team group will qualify for the Elite Round stage in Spring 2015 where the seven group winners from the Elite Round will travel to Greece in July 2015.
City Under-18s coach Jason Farndon has praised the call-ups and believes it shows Coventry City are producing international quality players.
Farndon said: "Delighted for Cian Harries who was only on the stand-by list last time and didn't quite make it in. It shouldn't be forgotten that he is a young 17-year old playing in the Under-19s which is great for his development.
"George Thomas has had an incredible start to the season and it's nothing more than his hard work deserves at the moment. I doubt there are many other players at Academy level who has the goal-scoring record he has.
"It is great to see that a country like Wales is looking at every club to try and find players who deserve international recognition because we've had a fantastic start to the season.
"It is huge for the club as we're pushing our players to get international recognition and it shows this club is producing international quality players."
