I want to buy a match ticket on the day of the game. Where can I go to?
We advise fans buying tickets on the day of the game to visit the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena. This will be open from the earlier time of 9:30am right up until kick off. This is cash only, but there is a cashpoint inside the main atrium at the stadium.
You can also buy on the cash turnstiles in the East Stand from 1:30pm when they open. Cash Turnstiles 28, 29, 30 and 31 will be open against Notts County, with more opening if demand requires it. (If you are a Notts County fan, then you can use turnstile 5)
If possible, we would ask fans not to buy from the Gallagher Retail Park on the day of the game if possible and for them to buy from the Ricoh Arena instead.
Will there be a matchday price increase?
There will be no matchday price increase for the rest of the season.
Where will the cash turnstiles be on Saturday?
Cash Turnstiles 28, 29, 30 and 31 will be in operation for the game against Notts County. If demand dictates, then we will look to open up more cash turnstiles. These turnstiles will be open from 1:30pm, so there is plenty of time for you to arrive early and make sure you are in the ground ahead of kick-off.
Which stands/lounges are open against Notts County?
The East, West and North stands are all open for Sky Blues fans for the game on Saturday. The South stand is open for Notts County supporters.
Legends Lounge and the Level One Lounge will both be open for the match for fans in hospitality.
I want a specific seat for the game- should I buy in advance or on the day?
If you really want to sit in a particular seat, you are best to buy in advance as we cannot sell you a specific seat on the day of the game.
I already have a Season Ticket. Do I need to bring the whole booklet with me or can you tell me the voucher number in advance?
You need to bring the whole Season Ticket booklet with you to the match as this includes your seat details in it. We don’t announce the ticket number in advance of a match, but you will be able to see the ticket number above each of the turnstiles as they enter the stadium.
Season ticket holders will be charged for a ticket if they forget their season ticket; this is a refundable charge if they produce their season ticket book at the Superstore within seven days with the relevant match voucher still attached.
I want to buy a Season Ticket/6 Match Package/Away Ticket on the day of the game. Where do I go to?
You can go to the CCFC Superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park to do this. However, we do recommend buying these before the day of the game.
I have tickets to collect for the game/ a Season Ticket to collect. Where do I need to go?
You will be able to collect your ticket from the Matchday Ticket Office at the stadium on the day of the game. This is located at the old CCFC Superstore near to the Jimmy Hill statue. Please bring with you proof of ID and proof of purchase if possible.
Hospitality ticket collections will be from the VIP Collection window on the left hand side of the atrium.
I want to go to the Casino before the game- shall I wait until after I’m done there to get my tickets?
If you are going to the casino before the match, we recommend that you buy or collect your tickets from the matchday ticket office before going into the casino. The matchday ticket office is at the old Superstore collection window, so is right next to the casino. By doing this beforehand, it means it will be quicker for you to get through the turnstiles after getting that last quick drink before the match!
Generally, we do advise fans to get the stadium early to help with entrance. Remember; the later you leave it, then the greater the risk of missing kick off – however hard we try to get you in on time!
With that in mind, don’t forget that you can use any of the turnstiles around the stadium to get in- not just the ones near to where you are sitting.
Can I use Six Match Package vouchers on the turnstiles?
Yes, you can use your Match Packages vouchers for entrance at the turnstiles or you can redeem them from the matchday ticket office at the Arena.
Am I allowed to drink in the stands?
In line with Football League regulations at all other grounds, it is illegal to drink alcohol in the stands or anywhere in view of the pitch. Anyone found drinking in the stands will be asked to stop and if they do not comply with this request will be asked to leave the stadium. You are also not allowed to smoke in the stands.
Can I bring my own alcohol into the stadium?
Only alcohol purchased from kiosks at the Ricoh Arena can be consumed within the stadium concourse- and then only on the concourse itself (i.e. not in the stands).
Similarly, only alcohol purchased in lounges/boxes can be drunk in those lounges/boxes.
What is the situation with car parking for the game?
Car parking is ‘as usual’ and all Car Parks are available. On the day, you can pay ‘on the gate’ at Car Parks A, B or C. If you have any queries about car parking, please e-mail karl.chester@ricoharena.com.
Car parking is not available to buy from CCFC.
What are the public transport options for Saturday?
Matchdaysaver tickets can be purchased up to 4 hours prior to the game and can be used on all our other services in Coventry.
Fares will be £5 for an Adult Coventry Matchdaysaver, £3.50 for a Child Coventry Matchdaysaver.
National Express Coventry or National Express West Midlands travelcard holders can travel for a £2 return supplement. nBus, nNetwork, Plusbus, daysavers, and concessionary passes will not be accepted. The details for our football buses are available here.
Is there going to be a Family Zone?
Yes, our popular Family Zone will be open again for young Sky Blues fans and their families! If you haven’t been before, the Family Zone is in the concourse between the North and West Stands. Sky Blue Sam and members of the squad will be visiting from 1:30pm, while we will also be continuing our expanding project to make a wall hanging tapestry with young fans’ names and artwork on- we are now on our 2nd tapestry! If your square isn’t up there already, come along and get it up!
There will be lots of free arts & crafts for you to try- some old, some new… so make sure you give them a go!
We will also have our missing letters game too! It is 20p to enter (all money going to fund the Family Zone), where all the words are CCFC related- you could win either a CCFC Goody Bag or an Advent Calendar!
All the activities will be wrapping up at around 2:30pm ahead of kick-off.
Will the club’s retail be on-site on Saturday?
Yes, we will have retail stock available in the Family Zone from 1:30pm up until kick-off on Saturday.
Products available will include CCFC hats, scarves and other items which are new in stock. Remember, you can see the full range of CCFC retail products online at www.ccfcshop.co.uk or in the CCFC Superstore at Gallagher Retail Park.
You can now pre-order stock to collect from the stadium on match day! Just place your order by 2pm the day before the game and e-mail shop@ccfc.co.uk to confirm you would like to collect from the Ricoh Arena matchday ticket office on the day of the game between 9:30 and 3pm.
Is the programme available on Saturday?
Yes, our matchday programme PUSB will be available from around the Ricoh Arena on Saturday for £3. As well as being packed with loads of content about the Sky Blues and our opposition Notts County, the 68 page programme includes an interview with Adam Barton, dressing room insights from Danny Swanson and much more news from your club.
