Relive the Sky Blues' 2013/14 League One campaign with a series of picture galleries moving on to March
With the Sky Blues entering the home straight of their 2013/14 season, March saw their most hectic schedule of the season with eight games played in the space of four weeks. They got the frantic period off to a positive start though when their goalless home draw with Shrewsbury ended a run of three consecutive defeats.
It got even better just three days later when City picked up a three point haul at home to Walsall, beating the Saddlers 2-1.
The win marked the return of Callum Wilson who recovered from a two-month injury layoff to join loan striker Nathan Delfouneso on the scorsheet to ease City's battle against relegation.
Away defeats to Colchester and Gillingham followed though although a point was rescued at home to Port Vale when Wilson grabbed a late dramatic leveller in a 2-2 draw which also saw Jordan Clarke score his first goal of the season.
High-flying Brentford were next as City travelled South and although Wilson gave City an early lead, the advantage was overturned by the Bees who ran out 3-1 winners.
The Sky Blues saw out the month in fine form though when they picked up six points from six as Dan Seaborne headed the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win over Stevenage and Wilson got both goals in a 2-1 away victory over Crewe Alexandra.
