The City defender will miss the weekend's clash against Port Vale after his red card against Gillingham last night...

Coventry City’s Dan Seaborne will sit out this weekend’s clash with Port Vale as he serves a one-match suspension.

The defender was sent off in the first-half of Coventry’s 4-2 defeat at Gillingham last night for a foul on Cody McDonald inside the penalty area.

As a result, he will serve a one-match suspension with immediate effect and will be unavailable for the game with Micky Adams' side on Sunday, March 16th.

He will be available for selection once again for City’s trip to West London to face Brentford at Griffin Park on Saturday, March 22th.
