#4 - Coventry City squad go at it in a 7-a-side match
One of the most common training techniques used by City manager Steven Pressley and assistant manager Neil MacFarlane are 7-a-side matches.
Designed at improving close-control and the pressing game, the Sky Blues Player camera caught some great action in one fiercely contested match.
The match had goals, tackles and skills so why not watch and find out who wins, the Oranges or the Greens!
