REWIND: Coventry City 4-4 Preston

16 January 2014

Before the trip to Deepdale this weekend, remind yourself of the classic 4-4 draw earlier in the season...

Coventry City are currently preparing to travel to Deepdale to face high-flying Preston North End this weekend.

The Sky Blues will be looking to carry on their run of just one defeat in the last 10 games in all competitions.

The two sides have shared 17 goals in their last three encounters including a classic 4-4 draw this season.

In one of the games of the season, the Lilywhites twice went ahead at Sixfields through Tom Clarke and Bailey Wright, either side of Leon Clarke's strike.

Callum Wilson grabbed a double to give Coventry the lead, only for Joel Byrom to head in Tom Clarke's cross.

Chris Humphrey's left-foot shot seemed to have won it for Preston, but Mathieu Manset levelled again at the death.
