No inspection planned for Carlisle clash

18 February 2014

Groundstaff have advised that the surface at Sixfields is currrently playable and no pitch inspection is currently planned

Coventry City's home League One clash with Carlisle United tonight (Tuesday, February 18th) is currently scheduled to go ahead as planned.

Groundstaff at Sixfields Stadium have advised that the pitch is currently playable and no inspection is planned ahead of the 7.45pm kick-off given the weather forecast which is predicting very little rain.

The Sky Blues' last two home fixtures have been postponed due to the extreme weather over the past few weeks, however, currently this evening's fixture with Carlisle will go ahead as planned barring any unexpected heavy downpours at which point we will keep both home and away supporters fully updated.
