Coventry City were defeated in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy second round by Leyton Orient on penalties at the Matchroom Stadium.The Sky Blues kept a clean sheet against the League One league-leaders, who are still unbeaten in the league, but lost 4-2 in the penalty shoot-out.
Franck Moussa had his penalty saved and John Fleck missed the target which left Lloyd James to net the winning penalty for the O's.
