City boss Steven Pressley says he will not spend too much time pondering City's new fixture schedule

Sky Blues boss Steven Pressley says he does not pay too much attention to the fixtures schedule because all of the games are important ones.

City were handed their fixture list for the 2013/14 League One campaign by the Football League this morning (Wednesday, June 19th) which sees them kick off their season with an away trip to Crawley Town on Saturday, August 3rd.

Pressley said though that he does not pay too much attention to the order of fixtures because it only matters when you start to win games.

"I really don't pay too much attention to the fixture list or ask the question about whether they are good games or are they bad games because they only really start to take that kind of value when you're winning games," he said.

"The most important thing for me is winning games regardless of the opposition although I can appreciate that today is exciting for fans because the fixtures are now out there and it's that indication that the season is almost upon us.

"There's always exciting fixtures in terms of local derbies that everyone is going to look forward to but we will prepare for all games in exactly the same manner and we've been working hard in the summer with the aim of giving ourselves the best possible chance no matter who we play or when we play them."I don;t
