The Sky Blues will play in the Southern Section of the Johnstone Paint Trophy....
Coventry City have been awarded a bye for the first round of the 2013/14 Johnstone Paint Trophy.
Unlike last season, City have been placed in the Southern Section of the draw which could mean possible trips to Portsmouth, Exeter City and Plymouth Arygle.
The Sky Blues progressed to the Area Final of the Johnstone Paint Trophy last season, where they were defeated by eventful winners Crewe Alexandra.
