Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has confirmed he will sit down with Dan Seaborne to discuss his future.
The defender is currently on loan at the Sky Blues from Championship side Yeovil Town, with the loan due to finish on January 5th.
The 26-year old has started every game for City since joining the club and has impressed alongside centre-back Jordan Clarke.
The City boss admitted he hasn't spoke to the former Southampton defender about his future yet, but hopes to do so soon.
Pressley said: "I'm not avoiding the question or anything but I need to sit with him and have discussion.
"He has really impressed me since joining the club, not just in his performances but in his character around the place.
"He demands high standards and he is very much the type of player who fits into what we want to create here.
"Its just I haven't had the chance to discuss at length with him what his own thoughts are. Obviously, prior to coming here, he was playing in the Championship so once I have a chat with him over the course of the week, then I can see where this can go."
The centre-back has already achieved two promotions from League One in his career with Southampton and Bournemouth.
Seaborne has previously commented that he is enjoying his stay at the club and Pressley is delighted with the way he has settled into the club.
He added: "It is great to see and hear he is enjoying his time here as he has worked at some really professional clubs in his career.
"I hope we do in the manner that suit him and the way he wants to work. He has come from Yeovil Town who work in an extremely professional environment and also at Southampton as well.
"It is important that he feels this is the right club for him as he has settled in really well."
