Longford-based XL Motors Accident Repair Centre supports the Sky Blues

As new Sky Blues boss Mark Robins looks to get fans revved up with good performances on the pitch the club’s latest official partner can get them going again off it.

Longford-based XL Motors Accident Repair Centre, which has provided accident repair services to Coventry and the surrounding area for 25 years, has become the club’s official accident repair centre.

The deal will see the firm advertised through various club channels, including substitutions at home games and individual player sponsorship for Carl Baker and Jordan Willis.

Rob Ally, managing director at XL Motors Accident Repair Centre, is a lifelong Sky Blues fan and is delighted to be a part of a club that play such a key role in the community.

He said: “I have always supported Coventry City.

“I remember the 1987 FA Cup final experience and hopefully we can recreate this, it is a great feeling to support your home club.

“Coventry City is a massive part of the community and my whole family have always been big supporters, everyone from my young son to my dad.

“I get a lot of good feedback regarding our advertisements there and we have a lot of friends there we do business with.

“We also like the fact that when our employees attend Coventry City games they can see our firm advertised there.”

XL Motors Accident Repair Centre’s business has gathered speed in recent years as the firm has invested in a state-of-the art bodyshop, equipment and a highly trained technical team.

Rob added: “Our claims manager and administration staff have years of experience working with the major insurance companies.

“They go the extra mile to make sure claims are handled with minimum disruption and maximum care – all in the fastest possible time – and because of this we were awarded the Peugeot Bodyshop of the year 2011.

“From small dents to more extensive damage, we can put it right and our experienced and highly qualified team can help you get your car back on the road.”

Tynan Scope, corporate sales manager for Coventry City Football Club, said: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with XL Motors Accident Repair Centre.

“They have supported the club for some time now and we are pleased that they are seeing so many benefits from being involved with Coventry City.

“We will be working closely with the team at XL Motors Accident Repair Centre to bring CCFC fans and employees some great offers.”
