Sky Blues undone by late penalty in home clash with the Tykes
Coventry City Under 18s were undone by a late penalty in their latest Premier Academy League clash with Barnsley at the Alan Higgs Centre.The Sky Blues were level at 2-2 with four minutes to go when the Tykes converted from the spot.
Lewis Rankin had given City the lead two minutes before the half hour but Barnsley levelled the score a minute after half time.
The visitors got their noses in front four minutes later before Jordan Forrester made it 2-2 on 67 minutes with the Tykes converting the spot kick late on.
