City 'keeper returns to training and puts himself in the frame for JPT clash with the Blades
Coventry City goalkeeper Joe Murphy has put himself in the frame for a return to first team action as City prepare to take on Sheffield United in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy regional quarter-final at the Ricoh Arena on Tuesday night.Murphy missed out on Saturday's home FA Cup second round 2-1 win over Morecambe with a shoulder injury but manager Mark Robins says he has recovered well enough to put himself in contention.
"Joe trained today and he looked in good nick," he said. "It looks like the few days break has done him the world of good and he's now in a position where he's in contention.
"Chris Dunn though did well at the weekend so that gives me a nice decision to have to make ahead of Tuesday."
