The summer fun continues at the Xcel Centre with sports, face paints and arts and crafts
The club's One Goal Summer Blast initiative continued this week with more sports and arts and crafts activitoes for over 240 of the city's youngsters.
Summer Blast saw hundreds of youngsters board the coaches for a trip to Weymouth to watch the Olympic sailing last month and the fun carried on at the Xcel Sports Centre in Tile Hill this week as kids took part in football, trampolining and other sports activities as well as some messy arts and crafts.
Summer Blast continues at the Xcel Centre before moving on to the Alan Higgs Centre, in Binley, and then the AT7 Sports Centre in Bell Green.
The One Goal Summer Blast project sees 240 children take part in 6 weeks of activities to encourage sports and participation and to provide interactive and lasting experiences for young people from some of the harder to reach areas within the city.
The aim of One Goal is to provide a range of experiences, not necessarily associated with football or indeed sport, that are positive and engaging.
