Venue: County Ground
Competition: SkyBet League Two
Date: Tuesday 26th September, 2017
The Sky Blues head to the County Ground to face Swindon Town in SkyBet League Two as both sides bang on the doors of the automatic promotion places.
The Robins have an identical record to City having won five and drew one of their opening nine games since being relegated from League One last season.
Former Bury manager, David Flitcroft took charge in June after Luke Williams left the club by mutual consent. Flitcroft has plenty of experience at the helm in League Two having led the Shakers to promotion at this level in 2015 but after a tough start to life in League One he was sacked and asked to repeat his achievments at the County Ground.
A win for eitherside could see them climb into the top three with third place Accrington Stanley just a single point ahead.
Top scorer, Luke Norris has scored five in his last eight up front for the Robins closely followed in the club's scoring charts by former Huddersfield and Morecambe striker Paul Mullin, who has notched up four goals in all competitions.
Swindon's side may feature two familiar faces for Sky Blue fans. Reice Charles-Cook only left the Ricoh for the County Ground last month after three seasons at Coventry. Charles-Cook does however have Lawrence Vigeroux ahead of him who will likely start this one.
On-loan from Sheffield United, Chris Hussey is likely to start at left-back against City should he pass a late fitness test. Hussey made 54 appearances for the Sky Blues before moving back to his boyhood club AFC Wimbledon in 2013. Since then he has featured anywhere up the left channel for Burton Albion, Bury, Sheffield United and now the Robins.
