THE Republic of Ireland international joined the ranks of the Sky Blues on a three-year deal in July 2011.
Murphy moved to the Ricoh Arena after his contract expired at former club Scunthorpe United.
Murphy began his career at Tranmere Rovers and has also had spells at West Bromwich Albion and Walsall.
