WILSON signed his first professional deal with the Sky Blues prior to the start of last season.
A product of the club's academy setup, he made his competitive debut for City in the Carling Cup first round against Hartlepool in August 2009.
He then made his league debut in the home defeat to Queens Park Rangers in December 2010.
Wilson spent the remainder of his 2010/11 campaign on loan at Kettering Town where he made 17 appearances, scoring once.
