LOAN: Sears signs on-loan

COVENTRY City have signed highly-rated striker Freddie Sears on-loan from Premier League West Ham until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old put pen-to-paper on deal today to bring him to the Ricoh Arena on a 93-day loan deal.

Sears has Premier League experience with West Ham, playing 25 times in the top-flight, and is an England under-21 international.
