COLEMAN: We are capable of win

Posted on: Fri 12 Feb 2010

COVENTRY City boss Chris Coleman says if his side can answer the questions they ask of themselves before Saturday's away clash with Bristol City they will come away with some points.

The Sky Blues travel to Ashton Gate at the weekend to take on Gary Johnson's Robins in the Coca-Cola Championship and Coleman said his side will come away with something if they can do justice to their capabilities.

"We need to ask ourselves the question after the game, 'did we turn up', and if the answer is yes I am sure we will be in with a very good chance at picking up a win," he said.

"That being said you can take nothing for granted in this league because everybody has the ability to beat everybody else.

"We probably missed an opportunity against Blackpool to jump into the top half but at the same time Bristol City last game at home saw them get thumped 6-0 so they will be determined not to let their supporters down like that again.

"They won't make it easy for us but our job is to not make it comfortable for them either."
