COVENTRY City duo Aron Gunnarsson and Leon Best both picked up international caps in the weekend World Cup 2010 qualifiers for their respective nations.

Aron Gunnarsson played the last four minutes of Iceland's 2-1 defeat to Holland in Reykjavic and Best picked up a second international cap after being brought on 16 minutes from time in the Republic of Ireland's 1-1 draw with Bulgaria in Sofia.
