The Sky Blues' stunning start to the new season continues to be recognised in The Actim Index, the official player ratings system of the Coca-Cola Championship, with three players in the top five.

Despite scoring just 17 points - his worst score of the season - striker Leon McKenzie, nephew of former British boxer Duke, delivered a knockout blow to his rivals by jumping above Ipswich striker Alan Lee to the top of the Index with 92 points.

Michael Doyle is just four points behind in third after his magnificent late winner in the 2-1 victory over Preston at the Ricoh Arena pocketed him a season-high 33 points. He has also contributed 28 passes, 19 crosses, nine tackles and four interceptions.

Jay Tabb lies in fifth with 82 points, averaging 17 points per game, having won eight of his 11 tackles made, produced 37 passes and registering a joint club-high three assists.

The Actim Index is calculated using a unique mathematical formula that rates each player's contribution be it goals, shots, passes, dribbles, tackles, crosses, saves, clearances, blocks, interceptions, assists, clean sheets, time on the pitch or number of points gained by the team with marks deducted for red and yellow cards.
