THE Sky Blues skipper could face more than a month on the sidelines are dislocating his shoulder in the 3-1 away defeat to Reading.

Assistant manager Steve Kean says that losing Dann is a blow, but that his absence will provide opportunities for others.

"Scott's devastated and he'll be a massive loss to the team," said Kean.

"You always miss your quality players in any area of the pitch and Scott's done really well.

"But Ben Turner's been really patient and I thought he did well the other night.

"We've got Hally [Marcus Hall] so those lads are obviously going to get their opportunity."

The young makeshift right-back's ankle injury, which ruled him out for around two months, has been part of a recent spate of defensive injuries that also recently claimed the availability of Elliott Ward.

Osbourne's injury was part of a double blow for boss Chris Coleman, replacing Stephen Wright who picked up a knee injury in the home tie against Swansea City last month only for Osbourne to then go off five minutes after coming off the bench.
