Charity matches and events
Coventry City Football Club holds a number of themed community/charity football matches every season.
Local organisations Tiny Tim's Children's Centre in Coventry, the Snowball Appeal and the Myton Hospices along with the club's official charity the NSPCC will benefit from fundraising and awareness support - with events starting at the game against Swansea City on Tuesday, November 25.
The four charities will be offering supporters cut-price tickets to City's clash with the Swans with a proportion of the ticket price going towards the charities' current projects.
A limited number of tickets, priced at just £15 for adults and £7 for concessions, are available from the Coventry Telegraph office reception, Tiny Tim's Children's Centre (Whitefriars Lane), Myton Hospice shop (Trinity Street) in the city centre and through the NSPCC.
Lara Thorns, Community Liaison Officer for Coventry City Football Club, said: "These are fantastic charities that have a huge positive impact in the local area. We hope that this charity ticket offer will help our nominated charities raise some extra funds at this difficult economic time while also offering our fans the opportunity to make a saving too."
